Join us this International Women’s Day for a grounding yoga practice created especially for young women.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and take up space — while reflecting on women’s rights, autonomy over our bodies, and the power we hold within them.
A gentle, supportive session to reconnect with yourself and honour the strength, softness, and sovereignty that make you who you are.
